Vaccinations must have been administered within the last 12 months and the vaccination certificate MUST be presented upon arrival to Catshack. We are unable to accept DUCAT or F2 vaccinations (F3 is the minimum for boarding purposes).

By boarding your cat(s) at Catshack, you have read and agree to our Terms and Condition.

Notes on Fees

Please note fees are payable for the number of nights booked, not the number of nights used, in line with industry standards. A minimum of a two-night charge applies to all bookings. Payment can be made via credit card/EFTPOS or cash at the time of collection. Fees are not applicable on departure day unless collection time is between 4-6pm. A $17 late checkout fee per guest is applicable.
