Catshack caters to first-time and long-term boarders. 

Our feline guests are never housed with those from another family, and can enjoy individual outdoor enclosed areas, lots of cuddles, room service, individual care and comfort from our passionate team.

  • Climate-controlled room for year-round comfort
  • Individual enclosures with soft, artificial grass and furniture for sun-bathing and fresh air
  • Windows equipped with cat-proof flywire
  • Selection of smaller rooms for shy moggy to larger rooms for families of felines
  • Pheromone therapy (vet recommended) to minimise stress and anxiety
  • Calming music and night lights
  • Multi-level cat trees and other fun cat toys
  • Brushing, pets, cuddles and loads of love
  • Updates via email, Facebook and Instagram (mid-week and over the weekend).

I had an amazing experience with boarding my cat, Winnie, at the cat shack. I was very nervous about leaving her for a week, as she hasn’t been alone for any longer than a day before. But the staff at the cat shack were so understanding and kind. I loved seeing the updates on Facebook while on holiday! Winnie looked so happy and comfortable. They let me send her with some of her favourite things from home (her beds and toys). The cattery was so clean and the rooms for the cats are a great size, and includes an outside area for the cats. Winnie came home happy and stress free. I will 100% be using the cat shack again when I go away next. It’s great having peace of mind for your little fur baby.

Don’t send your cats here. Because if everyone sends their cats here then there will be no vacancy for our cats next time. Now in all seriousness, can’t recommend Catshack enough to cat owners. We didn’t go traveling in the past 4 years because it was really difficult to find a cattery which we can trust. We were so glad that our veterinarian recommended Catshack to us. Very good first impression when we did the inspection. This place is super clean! We were away for 2 weeks, got Instagram photos of our cats twice/week. Our cats were fed high quality food. Catshack also keeps a strict bowel chart which is very important. When we picked up our cats we could tell they were looked after well and they were not stressed. They could relax there. Staff member (James) is super friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions very patiently. The price is very reasonable too! Our cats will definitely go there again next time!

Catshack has been nothing but a positive experience every time we have left our cats there. Everyone who works there is passionate about their jobs and the cats even more. We all hate leaving our beloved pets anytime but at Catshack you leave there feeling confident they will be looked after perfectly. We recently had the pleasure of boarding our beloved cat MAHALAH at Catshack and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. The facilities were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and safe environment for our cat to stay in. We appreciated the regular updates and photos that were posted on their instagram page during our cat's stay, giving us peace of mind knowing that she was well taken care of. The staff also took the time to get to know our cat's personality and preferences, ensuring that she received the individualized care and attention she needed. Special mention to Ella, for going above and beyond! Thank you so much for everything! Overall, we highly recommend this cattery to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to board their cat. I cannot recommend Cat Shack highly enough. James, Madi and the whole team were brilliant and made it so reassuring to leave my best mate Beau in their care whilst we were overseas. The accommodation is first class (I may have to refurbish his outside run/enclosure at home as he's now used to 5 Star 😊) but their genuine care and love of their precious guests is obvious. Cancellation Policy

Catshack relies on reservations being honoured by our guests, or adequate notice given of any changes. Accordingly, as per industry standards, the following applies:

  • Deposits are non-refundable if less than 4 weeks notice of a change or cancellation is provided;
  • The entire length of the booking is charged even if guests are delayed in arriving or are collected early.
 

Catshack reserves the right to request non-refundable deposits in some circumstances.
